Rujul ne poate salva viata!

Nu e vorba despre cine stie ce gadget smecher din filme SF sau desene animate, ci despre faptul ca aplicarea regulata a machiajului ar efecte nebanuite asupra sanatatii, dupa cum sustin cativa cercetatori francezi.

Cine ar fi spus ca rujul si fardul de obraz pot avea efecte benefice pentru sanatate? Pai, iata, o spun cercetatorii de la Universitatea Saint Etienne din Franta, care afirma ca, in conformitate cu un studiu realizat de ei, aplicarea rujului si a fardului de obraz actioneaza ca un exercitiu de streching care imbunatateste echilibrul si coordonarea miscarilor. Efectul, sustin oamenii de stiinta, este deosebit de important in cazul femeilor varstnice, intrucat micsoreaza riscul caderilor care s-ar putea solda cu fracturi grave (in special fractura de sold) din cauza fragilitatii osoase specifice varstei.
Aceste rezultate privind beneficiile aparente ale machiajului au fost obtinute de cercetatorii francezi in urma unui studiu efectuat pe un esantion de 100 de femei cu varste cuprinse intre 65 si 85 de ani. Participantele au fost echipate cu branturi speciale pentru localizarea centrului de greutate si cu centuri care inregistrau pozitia corpului.
Dr. Patricia Pineau, care a condus studiul, sustine ca a observat o diferenta intre femeile care se fardasera si cele fara machiaj. Cele fardate, a declarat cercetatoarea, merg mai drept si sufera mai putine caderi, avand o postura diferita de cea a femeilor care nu se fardeaza. Dr. Patricia Pineau este director de cercetare la compania producatoare de cosmetice  L’Oreal.
